Jackson, superintendent of Western, for he returned to the cam-pus with his bride of the summer, the former Mrs. Eve Mallory, ofBrockville, Canada. They were mar-♦L •ried in Windsor, Canada, on August 16, and spent the rest of the month visiting Great Lakes resorts and Chicago before coming back to Alton.* * lt;•'Many of the cadets have had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Jackson/, i*and they all agree that she is a lady of graciousness and charm. She willbe a genuine asset to Western life._Also living with Col. and Mrs. Jackson on the campus is Mrs. Jackson's daughter, Miss Merilyn Mallory, who, has enrolled as a student at Alton High.Many parents and friends were seen congratulating Col. and Mrs. Jackson during the opening of school.
