GIRLS’MARITAL PRORLEMSGET INTO COURT: ij SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 15.—(U. i P.)—Two girls who might other-i wise be in school, had marital ! problems in juvenile court todaybecause one wanted to marry a guitar player and the other had already married a seafaring man.Judge George Steiger issued a court order withholding a marriage license from Cecilia Raminez, 15, high school sophomore, and Manuel Del Llano, who plays in an orchestra.
