An OHirer Killing one of his Soldiers.The San Antenio Ledger of tho 20th, referring to the reported killing of a soldier bynear Fort Belknap, says:‘ We yesterday had a conversation with a gentleman who saw the man killed. The oir-cnmstances, as stated to us, are as follows:-commanding Companies G. and K. Seoond Cavalry, encamped on the ClearFork of the Bra*os, about fifteen miles from Belknap. About the 15th of July, end on the opposite side of the river from the camp, several men were playing dice on a box, and amongst them some soldiers. Capt.
