Their parents are Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Cook and Mr. and Mrs. 0. C. Hampton, Cactus.The Rev. I^ouis R. Cobbs. Tech Baptist student director, officiated before an archway of greenery flanked by baskets of white gladioli and candelabra. Traditional marches and voeal areompani-ments were played hv Mrs. Howard Seott. Miss Deniese Magnets of Friona sang Until,” Because” and Wedding Prayer.”The bride’s father ga\ her in marriage. She was gowned in white Chantilly-type lace andnylon tulle over net and satin fashioned with long petal-pointsleeve*; and a Sabrina neckline iformed by escalloped lace and appliques embroidered with iri-A reception followed in the church parlor. Covered with net over white satin, the serving table held the attendants' bouquets and a four-tiered rake topped by a miniature bridal pair. A family heirloom punch howl and silver and crystal appointments completed thlt;» setting.Members of the house party were Misses Patty Burke. Evelyn Ray, Patsy Jackson, Marlene Legg. Mariiyn I.egg, Sammie Mc-Lallen, Marline Gililland, and Mmrs. Glenda Wygal, Ginton Jackson, Gerald Wilson, Tommy Braddv, Jim Wiman, J. B. Snead and Andy Edmondson. Reception music was played by Missbs1IISr\ISfrI\I'descent sequins and sped pearls.tiFeaturing a wide band of escalloped lace dotted with sequins ! and pearls, tho skirt was bordered | by a wide rnffle of tulle flowing into a long train.A crown of seed pearls securedthe bride's silk illusion veil. She carried roses over a 193-year-old Bible that belonged to her great great great grandfather.Bridal AttendantsMiss Barbara Smith of iAibbock attended as maid of honor in a full-skirted deess of mauve dull-lustre satin styled with a V-neck-line accented by a wine-colored bow. The bridesmaids, Miss Ed-wina Sc.hovajsa of .Amherst and Miss Deann Buske of Friona, were dressed identically. The attendants all wore bandeaux of mauvp velveteen leaves and net and carried dark red roses.When the couple left for a u»ed-ding trip, the bridp was wearing a black cotton and orlon suit with black and white accessories. Awhitp rose eorsagp highlightpd the ensemble.
