CRANSFORD-CONWAYMiss Mae Conway, only daughter of Mrs. Maggie Conway and Mr. John Cransford, operator at the Panhandle station were married on the evening of Sept. 2nd at the Catholic manse the Rev. Father A. Henneberger officiat-l ing. The young couple were attend-! ed by Mr. and Mrs. Louis Ycchem.Following the ceremony which occurred at 9 p. m. a wedding supper was given at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Yochems attended by a few intimate friends.Last Saturday the newly weds left for a few days trip visiting friends and relatives at Logansport, Ft. Wayne, Detroit and other points. They expect to return home soon and will make their home with the bride's mother, Mrs. Conway.The bride is one of Goodland's es-j timabJe young women and for the past several years has been % employed at C. L. Tedford Company's store and enjoys a lanfe circle of friends. The groom came to Good land about six months ago as operator at the P. C. C.
