He is an uno e of young Houser’s and had driven the latter down to Glen-wood. Sunday night while waiting around town he encountered Marshal McMillen and told him the whole story, Tbe latter didn’t do ^ thing but tell Sheriff1 Morgan and he did the rest tbe next morning as has already been related.
