William R. Thompson and Eliza Herschman were licensed to wed today. Both are under the legal age, which fact caused some little delay in the issue of the license in order to obtain the consent of their parents. Another license was issued to-day which would no doubt create considerable surprise were we permitted to reveal tho names under the present circumstances.
