L, Dominy of (Estherville was solemnized Sat* ■urday, Aug. 31, at 9:30 a. m. in St. ■Peter’s Church in Clermont. Rev. Father Claire Drummy officiated at the double ring ceremony and read the nuptial High Mass'.Pedestal baskets of pink and white gladioli provided the altar decorations. The pews were decorated with white satin bows.(Music was provided by the church choir with. Mae Crowe as organist. Soloist Gene Waters of Postville sang, “Mother, At Thy Feet is Kneeling.”‘Miss Howard, given in marriage by her father, chose a waltz length gown of cupioni silk and rosepoint lace, empire styled with a sabrina neckline embroidered ■with iridescent sequins and ipearls. Her fingertip veil of imported silk illusion was attached to a jeweled pillbox crown. She carried a bouquet of sweetheart roses and a Rosary, gift of the bridegroom.'Miss Betty Ann Dominy, sister of the bridegroom, was maid of honor and Mrs. Don Whitford, cousin of the bride, was bridesmaid. They were gowned identically in princess style dresses I j with scoop neckline, ballerina s length blue everglaze satin with pink sashes and matching head-1 bands. They carried bouquets of (gior College at Estherville, and graduated from the State University of Iowa. (He served two years in the U. S. Ushers were Joe Howard of Cresco, and Roger ‘Howard. All wore white dinner jackets and black trousers.Judy Dominy of Dubuque, niece of the bridegroom, and Anne Adair Howard, sister of the bride, were flower girls. They wore white embroidered nylon dresses with matching headbands and carried small 'bouquets of pink mums. Altar boys were Steven and Gary Wolf.Mrs. Howard attended the wedding in a navy silk dress with white accessories. (Mrs. Dominy chose a navy crepe dress with white accessories,A reception was held in the church parlors following the ceremony. Mrs. Kenneth Strong and Mrs. Clayton Schreiner poured while Mrs. Robert Hanson and Mrs. Robert Howard served the four-tiered wedding cake. Gladys ft Hanson presided at the punch in table.
