WEDDINGS OF INTERESTPOOLE-GILLAMOf interest to a wide circle of friends and relatives in Newfoundland is the marriage solemnized on September 4 in the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Corner Brook, by the Rev. G. H. Maidment who united. Ann Gillam and Donald A. Poole in holy wedlock. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Gillam of Corner Brook,and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Poole ofPilley’s Island, Notre Dame Bay.The church was beautifully decorated for the occasion and the nuptial music was played by Mrs. H. V.
