On this set were Tyrone Power, Henry Fonda, Nancy Kelly, Randolph Scott, John Carradinc, Henry Hull and littlft Johnny Russell, the latter playing the role of Jesse James, jr.Most of the action was staged inconnection with the delivery of Jesse James from the old Liberty, Mo., jail by Frank James and the outlaw band. This morning Director Henry King and members of the Twentieth Century-Fox staff had intended shooting of intimate scenes between Tyrone Power as Jesse James and Nancy Kelly as Zee at a wooded spot just east of Pineville. Overcast skies and the threat of rain, however, caused them to change their plans and they began preparing to film scenes in Pineville proper, indicating they might shoot several interior shots.V, D.
