Wilma Arno of Ouaquaga was flower girl.Sterling Higley of Norwich served the groom as best man and the ushers were Maurice Slater Jr. and Sgt. David Phelps of Norwich.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a nylon tullegown with Queen Anne collar, fitted bodice and a full bouffant skirt with a cathedra] train trimmed with imported Chantilly lace. Her crown was of Chantilly lace trimmed with pearls and rhinestones, to which was attached an imported pure silk fingertip veil.She carried a bridal bouquet of white roses.The maid of honor wore a tone-on-tone purple taffeta strapless gown, with taffeta jacket to match. She wore a crown of yellow andpink pompons which was the same as her bouquetThe bridesmaids chose similargowns, matching that of the maid of honor.The flow^rgirl wore a yellowtaffeta gown with a crown offlowers matching the bouquet which she carried.The mother of the bride was attired in a coronation blue nylon tulle dress trimmed with iridescent sequins and pearls. Her accessories were coronation blue. She wore a corsage of pink roses The groom’s mother chose a coronation blue taffeta strapless dress with taffeta jacket trimmed with pearls and velvet accessories. She wore a corsage of yellow roses.The ring bearer was attired in white and carried a red velvet pillow trimmed with gold braid.A reception followed the cere-mony at the Canasawacta Country Club.Following a wedding trip toCanada Mr. and Mrs. Haviland I will reside at Norwich R.
