Father F. P.' Sullivan- officiating.'The only attendants Were the bride’s fatherr* her two sisters, Mrs. Rosalie Raffensperger-and Mrs. Ruth Thomas, both of Arendtsville, and her brother, Richard Cole, Buchanan Valley.The newly-weds left Immediately after the ceremony for a brief honeymoon-in eastern states, after which they will sail for Paris, en route to Shanghai, where they will reside.The bride is a graduate of the At-1 toona High School and for more than a year has been employed in the state highway- department at Harrisburg.Mr.' Mushier attended Gettysburg.. High School and Gettysburg College^ *! leaving the latter to join the Canadian Royal Flying Corps in which he served until August -22, 1917. Hfe then took up duty with the United States aviation forces at Camp Houston, Texas, and. later‘served with the Marine aviation branch of the service.He saw. service with the American Expeditionary Forces.Resigning his commission at the end of the war, he accepted a position as investigator with the United States department 'of justice and in that capacity traveled through many foreign countries. He later became representative of the Robert Hollar corporation in China, but for the past few years has been the Shanghai representative of Arkell and Douglas Company, exporters and importers.He is a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.eiCOFFIELD—BOWERS Miss Martha Bowers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Bowers, Breckenridge street, and R. Carlton Coffield, of Washington, D. C., were married Sunday evening in Westminster by the Rev. Charles M. Elder-dice. They were unattended.The bride is a graduate of the Gettysburg High School,. class of 1924, and for the past year has been employed at Keet’s Drug Store, Cham-bersburg street.The bridegroom: is employed In Washington, where the couple will later reside.
