Fred liters officiated at the double ring ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Ewoldt. Route 3, Muscatine. Mr. Cole is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. EiHvyn W. Cole of Wilton.Bouquets of large yellowpompons decorated the altar. Waiter Paul was at the organaccompanying Miss* CarrySaur or Davenport who sang, The Lord's Prayer and Because. Scott Holmes, cousin of the bridegroom;and Paul Kreimeyer were thecandlelighters.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown . of silk organza fashioned with a Victorian neckline, senii-empire waistline, long puffed sleeves and an A-line skirt accented with French aleneon lace and seed pearls, and a detachable chapel length train. Her floor length mantilla of silk illusion was edged in matching lace. She carried a cascade of yellow sr w e e t-heart roses, white carnations and habvs breath.ArtMiss Diana L. Ewoldt, Davenport, was maid of honor for her sister. She wore a floor length gown of blue dotted Swiss in an A-line style withlace and ribbon trim; and a blue ripple brim braid hat.Miss Denise Remiey, Davenport, Miss Both Ann Cole, Wilton, sister of the bridegroom; and Miss Debbie Ewoldt, Muscatine, sister of the bride, were bridesmaids. They were dressed identically to the honor attendant only in yellow. Each carried a cascade of yellow and white miniature carnations and yellow daisies.Miss Christina Kunce, Davenport., was the flower girl. She was dressed in yellow doited swiss with lace and ribbon trim.Terry Ewoldt, brother of the bride, carried the rings.William Cole, Wilton, performed the duties of best man for his brother. Groomsmen were Dave Nieman, Steve Bockwoldi and Ted Marolf, al. of Wilton. Seating the' guests were Larry Ewoldt, brother of (he brice; Wayne Coram, Paul Hawkins, and Lonnie Saeger.A reception for approximately 300 guests was held at the Walcott Coliseum following the ceremony. Mrs. JanetKunce and Mrs. Janet Stone-burner cut the cake, Mrs. Maureen Bitterman served mints, Miss Robin Cox served punch and Miss Kathy Stoelk poured coffee.M i s s Barb Sheliabarger presided at the guest book while Mrs. Peggy Coram and Miss Kathy McQuillen assisted with the gifts.Prior to leaving on their wedding trip to Missouri and Kansas; the bride changed to a burgundy pantsuit. The couple will reside at 3717 NorthFairmcunt St., Davenport.Mrs. Cole is a graduate of Davenport West and Sawyer Business college. She is employed * at Davenport Bank and Trust Co.. Mr. Cole is a graduate of Wilton High and is employed with Iowa-Illinois Concrete.PeggyPeggy Eileen Stubbe became the bride, of Fred Har-roun at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary's church.
