He ~f.\vas accompanied by Miss Mary --Borman. .bridesmaids were Mrs. William.Laubenthal of Algona and Miss P-auline- Powers of Omaha, cousin of the bride. All wore identical white dresses with bodice waists of lace over taffeta with matching boleros. The floor-length tiered skirts were of tullenet over taffeta. The attendants were William Laubenthal of Algona, twin brother of the groom, and Larry Wetters of Rinard, and ushers were Joseph Powers and James Laubenthal of Cylinder. All wore navy blue suits with white carnation boutonnieres.A reception was held for 250 relatives and friends at the Country club immediately after the ceremony. A buffet luncheon was served later to relatives. A 42-inch.. wedding cake, topped with reel roses and white .ribbons, centered, .-the bride's table at the reception and a Two-tiered cake was served at the buffet luncheon.' The gift table was in charge of Callista Clark of Rockwell City, Mrs: Elmer Gunn and Mrs; Bernard Roberts. Waitresses were Annette and Marlene Wetters, cousins of the bride, and Carol and Julie Laubenthal, cousins of the groom.The bride is a graduate of Errtmetsburg Catholic High school and Ellis. Beauty school in Sioux City. She has a beauty shop in Hand's barbershop. .The groom is a graduate of Cylinder High school. He served for some time in the armed forces and has received his honorable discharge from the service. He is engaged in farming near Cylinder.For her going-aw ay costume ihe bride chose a blue suit with brown accessories.
