Johnson-Kitchen Troth, July Event,AnnouncedA July wedding of interest to many in this vicinity was revealed Friday when Mrs. Lee Nelson and Mrs. Joe Johnson entertained a group of close friends of tlje bride at an announcement party in the Nelson home. 310 E. Washington St. The bride, the former Helen Johnson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.Pearl Johnson of seven miles north of town, was married to Pvt. Paul E. Kitchen, son of Mr. and Mrs.Sam Kitchen of Lockridge. Monday,July 27. at 2:30 o'clock in the new parsonage of the Rev. Fred Have. Presbyterian minister at Dillon. South Carolina.The bride was attired in a dress of sheer bemberg silk with a leaf design of gold and brown outlined on a white background. Her accessories were white.
