A llcirse Fop M*J. Tatom.At the Fourth Tennessee Regiment field day last week. Mayor William Rale presented Maj. W. C. Tatom a handsome horse, saddle and bridle, with the compliment* of a numlwr of Maj. Tatom*s friends among the Knoxville business and professional men. The major received the animal in a brief speech. It is a magnificent iron gray charger. The field dav was a success and was attended by C.ooo people. The funds derived will go to the soldiers’ hospital fund for the Fourth Regiment.
