president has announced,Marriage Permits Are Issued HereThe County Court Clerk’s Office records reveal that several marriage licenses have been issued recently.William Guy Tinker, 28, and Min-3iie Ruth Dennis, 20, both of Kingsport.Flem Wallace Davis, 26, Church Hill, and Irena Oice Shipley, 23, Kingsport.Josiah White* Jr., 22, Kingsport, and Dorothy Edna Kreator, 23, of Kingsport,Privilege licenses issued since September 1 are as follows: G. B. Churchwell, Route 5, Merchant and Tobacco; Elizabeth Phillips, 1009 Hill Bristol, permit for the Piedmont Exterminator^; and Irene Lunsford, 1509 Fuller Street, Merchant, Tobacco, and Butcher’s license.
