Novak-Knippel.Bernice Knippel, daughter of Mr. and Mi s. Albert Knippel of 2210 North First street, Milwaukee, and Walter Novak, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Novak, 1836 Howe street were united in marriage on Labor day at 9 oi lock at St. Francis church in Milwaukee. Rev. Callistus Stippieh officiated.A white satin gown and a short veil were worn by the bride who Lad a shower bouquet of roses and baby’s breath. Her sister. Miss Mary Knippel. tho maid of honor, wore pink satin and carried pink ro es and blue delphinium, while the bridesmaids. Misses Mary Lou Buck and Eleanor Novak, were frockt d in blue satin. Pink roses prlt; ti inunalt d in their bouquets.Bast man was Joe Junas and giolt; mman John Smolenski.A wedding dinner for 30 guests followed the ceremony, and later i reception for 75 was held at Pilgrim's hall m Milwaukee. Out of town guests included the bridegroom's family from Racine, Mr. ana Mrs Leon Novak Jr., Mr and Mrs. Frank Wemmert.Mr. and Mrs. Novak will reside it: R„cine.
