Shower Honors Miss Rosalie Kalischko\si- .Hi-Miss Rosalie Kalischko, bride elect of Jim Kubicek Jr., was complimented with a miscellaneous shower at the Catholic Gym here Sunday, Sept. 2, at 3:00 p. m. Miss Marilyn Kalischko registered the guests while Miss Margie Pavlicek pinned on each guest the letter “K standing for KalischkoUpon entering, the bride-elect, dressed in turquoise was presented a corsage of redcarnations. The mothers of the bride and groom were presented with whie carnations.The mothers escorted thebride-to-be to her chair while Carmen Effenherger played the wedding march.Miss Annie Hirsch opened the program and the following entertainment was presented: Miss Georgie Jasek read “A Secret”, Misses Dorothy and Barbara Wenske sang ‘‘Are you Mine”, Miss Mary Charba read “Wedding Preparation”, Misses Dorohty and Barbara Wenske sang “Whatever Will Be, Will Be”, accompanied by Carmen Effenberger at the piano. Marilyn Kalischko read “Wedding Bells”. The door prize, won by Dorothy Wenske, was presented to the bride-elect .In behalf of the hostesses, Miss Annie Hirsch presentedwhite theme was carried out in the decorations.The refreshment table wasf'laid with a lace cloth, and a.the gifts to the honoree. Misses Margie Pavlicek, Mary Charba, and Mary Ann Vana assisted inunwrapping the gifts, Georgie heart-staped centerpiece with a Jasek arranged them on a near-1 by table. Miss Kalischko thanked everyone for the gifts with friendly courtesy.miniature bride. Lunch consisting of cake, ham sandwiches,, pickles, potato chips, mints andFlowers were placed throughout the gym and the blue and'punch was served. Miss AnnieHirsch served the cake, Miss. Marilyn Kalischko poured thepunch.The sixty hostesses presented the honoree with a seven-piece chrome dinnette set.
