The A-line skirt was bordered with a lace flounce and trimmed in satin ribbon Completing the bride's attire were a white and pink picture hat, with pink ribbon trim, a heart necklace, given by the bridegroom, and a stone ring The bride’s bouquet was of pink and white carnations and pink plaid ribbon Maid of honor, JevnelleVHorton, sister of the bridegroom, was dressed in a grey blue and white striped, cotton polyester gown, complimented by a blue cotton shawl and a white picture hat Miss Horton's hand bouquet was comprised of mixed flowers and white ribbon Best man was Wayne Gibbs, brother of the bride. Paula Purvis, cousin of thebride, registered the 60 guests who attended the reception at the Wyanet VFW hall. Also helping with the reception were Mrs Merle Purvis, aunt of the bride.
