A pretty wedding was solemnized at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cath olic church on Thursday morning, Aug. 29, at 9.30 o'clock when Miss Jeanne Ellen Landolfi, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Landolfi of 1405 Seventh avenue, and Mr. Joseph Nicholas Fiore, son of Mr. and Mrs. Salvatore Fiore of 212 Second ave nue, were united in marriage. Rev. Christopher Murphy, T. O. R., per formed the ceremony and was cele brant of the nuptial high mass. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Dahlias and asters in rust and yellow shades with ferns adorned the altar. Miss Margaret Ann Hughes, organist, presided at the console and Miss Celeste Faroccia, cousin of the bride, sang. Miss Helen Landolfi, sister of the bride, was her only attendant, while Mr. Nicholas Fiore, brother of the bridegroom, acted as best man. Ushers were Messrs. Victor and Leonard Fiore, brothers of the bridegroom. The bride was attired in a full skirted gown of white taffeta fash ioned with a long train, basque bodice and a variation of lego mutton sleeves. Her full veil of white net was draped from a heart shaped mother of pearl cap trimmed with orange blossoms. She carried an arm bouquet of white roses and orchids. The maid of honor wore a gown of nile green designed with a bouf fant skirt, tight bodice and a sweet heart neckline. Her heart-shaped hat was of peach rose with green streamers draped at the back and she carried an arm bouquet of Joanna Hill roses. Mrs. Landolfi, mother of the bride, was charming in a navy blue jacket dress with rose lace and blue accessories while Mrs. Fiore, bridegroom's mother, wore a be coming ensemble of navy blue with navy accessories. Both wore shoul der corsages of pink roses. Following the wedding, dinner was served at the home of the bridegroom's parents to the im mediate families. More than 150 guests attended the reception which followed. Out-of-town guests were present from Paterson, N. J., Phila delphia and Cleveland, O. Mrs. Fiore attended Altoona Catholic High school. She is well known as an accomplished violin ist and organist at Our Lady of Mount Carmel church. She is em ployed by the Montgomery Ward company. Mr. Fiore is of the Burkhart- Fiore company of this city. Follow ing a trip to New York city, At lantic City and Philadelphia, the couple will be at home to their friends at their new home, 3605 Broad avenue, after Sept. 15.
