C. and Mrs Sosebee and Bill Godfrey, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Godfrey, Sr. The single ring ceremony was performed by Walter Adams, dean of ACC. in the presence of friends and relatives. Miss Beryl Jenkins, of Noodle, was maid of honor. Franklin Godfrey served as his brother’s best man. Other attendants were Miss Kathleen Ritter and Harold Sosebee, brother of the bride. A quartet composed of 4 of the bride’s cousins, Miss Lena Sosebee, Mmes. Oscar McGinnis, J. Frank Woodard and Jonnie Jarrat, sang “Because.” The ’ titian haired bride was lovely in a brown crepe jjress with side drape accented by a gold trimmed belt with an Orchid corsage and brown accessories. For the traditional something old and something borrowed, the bride jsories and wore a white carnation corsage. Miss Ritter was dressed in an aqua gabardine suit with brown accessories and wearing a white carnation corsage.Mrs. Sosebee, mother of the bride, was dressed in navy lt;bluy with ■ red carnation corsage. The groom’s mother wore black with a red carnation corsage.The bride was employed as office secretary of the Anson Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Noodle high school.The groom attended Anson highschool and served with the United States Navy for three years. After a short honeymoon trip to Del Rio and Old Mexico, they will be at home in Anson, 331 East 2nd Street.
