Four charged in RyderwoodThree Winlock youths have been charged with frequenting a tavern while minors and a bartender charged with permitting minors to remain in tavern,A spokesman for the State Liquor Control Board said the arrests look place Friday at the Johnsonville Tavern in Ryderwood and that a 17-year-o!d girl was apprehended at the same time.The youths. Steve Luurs, is, James R. Brown, 19, and Kobin Owen, 18, and the bartender, Mary Anna Justice, no age given, have alt been released on their personal recognizance.
