ORANGEBathing Privilege AppreciatedThat the general public appreciatethe privileges offered for bathing and recreation at the Partridgeville outing resort in the east part of the town is testified by the large number who go there. On warm days between 50 and 100 people can be found there, enjoying the fine bathing facilities, and getting the most out of the out-of-door plcaaur.uti. afforded, . The organization,including 10 well-known Orange men-, which has charge of the management of the grounds and the spacious club house, have very generously given this privilege to the general public and welcome use of the same so long as the rules and regulations adopted, are adhered to. As a result aof their efforts, backed by the Rodney Hunt Machine company, what Was previously a barren expanse haB been transformed Into a most attractive resort, affording unusual opportunities for healthful recreation. *Kellenbuhger-FieldAnnouncement is made of the marriage on Aug. 30, at the Uttle Church Around the Corner in Now York city of Miss Bessie Ixntise Kellenburger of Perth Amboy, N. J., and Horace Franklin Field of New York, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sumner Field of Orange. The ceremony was performed by Rev. George Wraves. Mrs. Field has held a posUlon in the office of the Wheeler Condenser company at Carteret, N. J., and Mr. Field is a traveling man for the Smith Serrell company of New York city. He i8 well arid popularly known in Orange, where he was born and grew up. The couple are now on an automobile trip through ermont.Edward EveletiiWord has been received in Orange of the death Saturday night at Bridgeport, Conm, of Edward Eveleth, 77, formerly of Orange. He had been quite ill a week prevous to his death and hud been in puur heiiUh for some time. Death- was the result of heart disease. Mr. Eve'leUi was a brother of the late Mrs. Allan Achorn and had lived in Orange for a number of years. Ho left town several months ago, but was a visitor here three weeks ago and at that time felt much improved in health.Grading PlaygroundThe grounds at the rear of the Central school building, bought by the town at the last annual meeting, are being graded and put in shape for a playground. As soon as completed It is the plan of the school authorities to provide out-of-door recesses for the students.
