Thirty-Seven Licenses In August.The little love god. Cupid, made merry with hearts In Ottumwa during the month of August, and thirty-seven marriages resulted. This is a considerable Increase over July, when but thlrity licenses were issued by the county clerk. As is usual, the greater I number of the contracting couples were young people, with ages averaging from 20 to 25.
