Divorce Granted.(Oweii*lK»ro Mrjuwngrr.lOn Friday Judgo W. T. Ow«n handed down an opinion iu thu action of Mm. J. McClurg agaiuht Woi. McClurg for divorce, argued at the lent Juno term of tbo court. The petition of the plaintiff allege* that abe wan married to Me-Cltirg quite a number of year* ago, iu Illinois, aud that he deserted her alter several years of married life, and took up with the proaeut Mia MoOlurg, who lives in tbo Panther neigh bur hood, to whom McClurg was never tuarriod. The court adjudged that Mrs. Eliza J. Mo-Clortf waa tho lawful wifo of Wm. Mo-Glurtf. and abe waa granted an abaolate divorce, with alimony at tho rate of $lf*) a year from August I, 18WI, until further orders from tho court.McClurg is now serving a term in the ill penitentiary for the murder of Columbus Iglehcart, the particulars of which aro still fresh in the minds of tho reading public.
