THE HOLLAND, MICHIGAN, EVENING SENTINELVeldheer-Hossink Vows SpokenMr* and Mrs.Miss Esther Gerene Hossink and Vernin Veldheer were united in marriage Oct. 5 at 7 p.m. at the home of the bride, 361 West 17th St.The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Ed Hossink and the late Mr. Hossink. and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Veldheer. route 1The Rev. Lambert Olgers performed the double ring ceremony in a setting of ferns and a bouquet of white and pink gladioli with white mums. Miss Edna Hossink sang ‘'0 Perfect Love” accompanied by Miss Betty Hossink who played appropriate wed ding music. Both are sisters of the bride.Attired in a ballerina-iength gown of chantilly lace with layers of nylon tulle over satin, and a shoulder-length veil, the bride carried a white Bible topped with pink cymbidium orchids.The maid o£ honor, Miss Mary Hossink, sister of the bride, wore a pink silk street-length dress with matching headpiece. She cal-ried a colonial bouquet of pink carnations and white mums.Neal Vork was the best man.The bride’s mother wore a royal glue print dress with black accessories. Her corsage was of white Fuji mums.A navy blue print dress with black accessories was chosen by the mother of the groom. Her corsage was also of white Fuji mums.A reception for about 80 guests was held in Sixteenth Street Christian Reformed Church.Vernin Veldheer(Von Den Berge photo)Reception attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Hossink. master and mistress of ceremonies; the Misses Betty and Barbara Hossink in the gift room: Miss June Veldheer and Stan Hagameyer at the punch bowl and Miss Bonnie Veldheer at the guest book.The bride changed to a blue knit dress with cocoa brown accessories complemented by an orchid corsage for a wedding trip to Wisconsin and northern Michigan.The bride is employed at Hek-man Rusk Company and thd1 groom by the Ottawa County Road Commission.. The newlyweds reside at 127*5 Quincy St.
