Two of the grooms were Fred H. Steams and N. J. Reiff, both residents of this city, and JohnW. Dietrick, formerly, Illinois Central agent here, but now living at Freeport. The following is taken from the Dubuque Herald of this morning;“There were three weddings in Dubuque yesterday evening—Miss Bertha H. Scbreiber and Fred E. Steams, of Waterloo; Miss Lavina E. Jackson and John W.
