Mrs. D. H. Pesson and Mrs. Billy Jean Cowan hon ored their sister-in-law Mrs. Jack Wayne Cockrell, a recent bride, with a mis cellaneous shower. The scene of the shower was the Sagebiel auditor ium Wednesday night, Oc tober 19th. The same 20 guests played various games with the many tra veling prizes being milk glass items. They were presented to the honoree. The hostesses presented the honoree with a blue chenille bedspread. The serving table was covered with a lace cloth over pink. The centerpiece was an arrangement of pink oleanders, bachelor but tons, pink and white roses. The buffet included chicken salad sandwiches, potato chips, olives, assorted cookies and homemade grape punch. Presiding at the punch bowl was Miss Wanda Sue Cockrell.
