FREELAND PARRPete MeEwan was in Fowler Thursday evening.Mrs. Wilson Minier is visiting with relatives in Crawfordsville.Miss Elsie Bowman was in Milford Saturday having dental work done.Dorothea Dean was the over night guest of Geraldine Bowman Monday.Mrs. D. E. Harrington of Otterbein visited with relatives here the past week.You can get a good chicken supper at the church Saturday night for 25cents.Mr. and Mrs. Frank Schwartz are the proud parents of a baby girl, born Oct. 20.Mrs. George Potts and little daughter visited the week end with a cousin in Paxton.Mr. and Mrs. Robert Finley went to Ambia Saturday to see the “Battle Cry of Peace.”Don’t fail to come to the bazaar on Saturday evening at the church. Good chicken supper.Miss Elsie Bowman was out of school three days last week on account of sickness.Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Bowman and family and little Dorine Bowman visited Ed Bowman at Pine Village Sunday.Miss Elizabeth Minier and John McGuire drove to Pine Village Sunday to see Pine Village and Decatur play football.Word was received here of the marriage of Roy Smith to Miss Lelia Minier at Walnut, III., Oct. 18. Roy’s many friends here extend congratulations.
