He is on duty with the U.S. Navy and has been ordered to Bremerton, Wash., aboard the USS Gold-borough, a destroyer guided missile, to be commissioned Nov. 9 and then be based at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.His bride is the former Joanne Bird, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bird of Chicago.For the party, the Brock home was decorated with flowers from the gardens at the Riverside home of the bridegroom’s grandmother, Mrs. Herbert S.
