Married,At the residence of the bride’s parents, on the evening of the I7th just., at (H o’clock, Henry Dodds of dear Spring and Miss Mary Holland, daughter of William A. Holland, Esq., of Leesville, Lawrence county, Ind. The ceremony was performed in the presence of a number of relatives and friends * of the contracting parties, after which refreshments were duly and appropriately served, which was followed by music. A very pleasant time was experienced by all present. We certainly congratulate the young couple in the important step they have taken, and predict for them a bright, happy and prosperous future. The groom is a thriving, enterprisingand popular young merchant of Clear Spring; and, unlike many young i^ien?has, instead of spending his former years in “sowing wild cats” and “wasting his substance with riotous living,” qualified and prepared himself to hold a prominent and useful position in the mercantile world.Oct.
