A similar ruffle* accented the skirt, and the self-fahrie sash ended in a bow at^the back of the waistline. The 3 dress was made by the bride,? and she wore a floor length veil i, caught to a headpiece of fresh i yellow roses and stephanoiis to i match her bouquet. She wore a cameo pin that belonged to her great grandmother..1 Kathy Apostoios of Donora was maid of honor, and t h e* bridesmaids were Nancy Taut* kits of Donora, Carol Kearns of F a r m i n gton, Conn.. the groom's sister, Alexis Herron of Pleasant Hills, the groom’s cousin; Patty Popp of Finley-viile, the groom’s cousin.All of the attendants wore goergette chiffon gowns with . softly gathered skirts in burnt , orange and ivory bodices. The empire waistlines were accented with venise lace threaded‘sleeves. Tmy covered buttons with orange chiffon cord and trimmed the front of the bod-tnmmed with tiny losetles. The ices. Kearn: of Farmington, Conn., t h *grooms brother-in-law; Roiney Herron of Pleasant Hills Scott Stevenson of Monogaheh and Keith Guzma of Ambridge Ringbearer was Sean Moffat o Monongahela.The wedding reception w a i held at St. Dominic Social Cen ter in Donora, and the rehearsal dinner was held at the homi of the groom’s parents.The newlyweds are living ai 1013 Try St., Monongahela, anc are planning a belated tour ol the United States in the sura-mer.The bride graduated from Donora High School in 1969 anc California State College in 197$ with a B.S. degree in education. She teaches fifth grade in the Gastonville School in the Ringgold School District. The groom was graduated from Mo* nongahela High School in 1967 and California State College in 1971 with a B.A. degree m biology . He did graduate work at Duquesne University and is a graduate teaching intern at the University of Pittsburgh where he will receive his master’s degree this year.Among the wedding guests were the grandparents of the bride and groom, Mrs. Mary Huhra of Donora and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Phillips of Belle Vernon.The bride was honored at two showers, one given by bridesmaids and one by the Kirk Choir of Calvary U.P. Church.
