WEDDED AT HIGH HOOKA Yery Pretty Nuptial Event in ThisCity Oct, 15t.A pretty home wedding took place in this city Oct. 15th at the residenceof Oapt. George H. Power on Washington street. The happy occasionwas the marriage of his niece, Miss Harriet JBuel Power, of this city, toMr. Edmund Ingalls Purdy, of War-rensburg, N. Y. Precisely at 12o’clock the marriage ceremony was performed by the Rev. Dr. Yeisley,the immediate relatives only of the bride and groom being present. After the congratulations were offered the wedding breakfast was served andthe bride and groom departed on theafternoon train. The house was beautifully decorated with cut flowersand potted plants.
