Garman-Sappenfield j ^The wedding of Miss Elsie L. s Carman, daughter of W. B. Gar-j iv.nn, this city, and Ruel Sappen-j field, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Sappenfidd, Georgetown, tookplace at 5 o’clock Thursday afternoon in the Christian Church at Georgetown. The Rev. Robert}rake of Cincinnati officiated at!a candle light service before an • \ altar banked with palms and j ferns.Mrs. William Sterrett, Indianapolis, was the matron of honor, and Ward Sappenfield, brother of the groom, was the best man.Preceding the ceremony, Charles Toombs sang “O Promise Me,” accompanied by Mrs. Ivan Kelly.The bride was beautifully dressed in eggshell lace, ankle length and she wore a Juliet cap.
