Kehe, second son of Mr.and Mrs. Fred Kehe were united inthe holy bonds of wedlock bv Rev.Chas. Noack at St. Peter’s Lutheranchurch, Arlington Heights, Saturday, Oct. 16, 1915 at 4 o’clock p. m.The handsome bride looked charming in her wedding gown of white charmousse entraine. She wore a 1long silk veil with the bridal wreathworn by her mother 21 years ago. She carried a bouquet of bride’s roses and lillies of the valley.The groom wore the conventional black.The maid of honor, Miss MargaretIKrause, sister of the bride, wore ahandsome pink dress and belt under white rice cloth. The other bridesmaids were Miss Lydia Kehe and Misslt;Grace Williams, of Huntley, bothdressed in white crepedechine.Edward J. Kehe, brother. of thegroom, was best man. Walter KrauseJr., brother of the bride, and WilliamKehe, a cousin, were groomsmen.The bridal party formed in profession in the vestibule. The bridesmaids, followed by the bride and maidof honor, led the procession up one aisle, while the groomsmen, best man 1and groom, met them at the altar, jwhere the ring ceremony was perform-'ed by Rev. Chas Noack, pastor, after which the Maennerchor of which thegroom is a member, sang a GermanTivmn.The wedding party in autos, wasquickly taken to the home of theigroom, w had beenvited guests. The wedding menu ofthe wedding feast contained all thegood things for which German housewives are renowned. The decorationswere in white and pink. Beneath alarge tent the dance floor had been laid and it was here until three the following morning that the people, both young and old enjoyed themselves.The happy bride and groom left ona honeymoon trip to Niagara Falls and on their return, will reside ina new house in the Krause subdivision on Belmont Ave., along side ofthe groom s parents.The bride and groom are popular roung people of Arlington Heights and the joining of two such well known families has created more than a lit-:le interest throughout this vicinity.The Herald joins their many friends in extending congratulations and may jthe sun always shine bright for these j “newly-weds.”
