Miss Odson Is Bride Of J. P. NelsonJudith Elaine Odson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Odson, 714 Sheridan, and Jerry P. Nelson. son of Mrs. Laura Brosdahl. Lake Mills, Iowa, and the late Ervin Nelson, were married Sat urday evening at Grace Lutheran Church.The Rev. Eugene Boschee performed the double - ring ceremony.The bride wore a traditional white stain gown with lace bodice and lace bow and train attached at the waistline. The gown had elbow - length sleeves and a rounded neckline.Her shoulder - length veil of silk illusion was attached to a headpiece of crystal and pearls. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses and white carnations.Mrs. Lyle Boyer, sister of the bride, 140 Bridge, was her matron of honor. She wore a gold dress of bonded nylon with elbow - length bell sleeves. The dress was fashioned in A - line. She carried a nosegay of yel-'ow rosebuds and rust colored mums.Lowell Brusse, brother - in -aw of the groom, Spring Valley, was best man.Gene Janssen was organist. Mrs. Boyer, the matron of honor. was soloist.Following the ceremony a reception was held at the Lyle Joyer home, 140 Bridge. Linda Odson, sister of the bride, was Mrs. Royden Groe, Indiana, sister of the groom, cut the cake. Connie and Carolyn Odson, sisters of the bride, poured punch. Mrs. Reiner Johnson and Mrs. Lloyd Thompson, both of Albert Lea, assisted with refresh-ments.The couple will live at 803*4 Bridge Ave. The bride, a graduate from Frost High School is a nurses’ aide at the Good Samaritan Center. The groom completed four years in the Navy and is employed at Smith-Douglas.1t
