The Rev. Joe Byrd officiated at 7:30 p.m.The bride-elect is the daughter of Mrs. Lorene C. Wynne of 184 Kingsley Ave. and the late Roy Wynne. The bridegroom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Emmett P. Hawkins of 648 Newland Ave.CHURCH DECORATIONSconsisted of two baskets ofwhite chrysanthemumsflanking the altar, with greenery and three large candelabra. A kneeling bench, aisle cloth and white satin pew markers completed the scene.A program of wedding music was presented by Mrs, Wayne Poore, pianist.Given in marriage by her brother, Paul Fulwiler, the bride wore a floor-length gown of white bridal satin, featuring a self-train. Tle bodice was covered with scalloped Chantilly lace, accented with covered buttons, and styled with bishop sleeves.HER FINGERTIP veil of illusion was held In place by a silver and pearl headpiece. She carried a white Bible topped with white mums and streamers tied in love knots.Miss Judy Riggs served as maid of honor. She wore a floorlcngth gown of pale blue taffeta, with Chantilly lace-covered bodice and shirredsleeves. She carried a longstemmed white mum with blue streamers.Gary Kirkland was best man, and ushers were David Coats and Wayne Poore.A RECEPTION was given in the fellowship hall. Mrs. Patty Coats kept the bride’s book. Mrs. Guy Riggs, Mrs. Jack Coats, and Mrs. Bob Coats assisted in serving.The bride Is a graduate of Ketron High School and is a sophomore at East Tennessee Slate University.
