Finis Bride In Western State.Announcements of the, marriage of Thomas (J. Queen, a former Loo-gootee boy, and Miss Edith M.Itigg, an Oregon girl, winch took place at St. Peter’s church, The Dalles, Oregon, on Thursday ot last week, were received by relatives and friends of Mr. Queen in this city the first of the week. Mr. Queen is a son of Joseph B. Queen, an aged and venerable citizen of Loogootee, and lias many friends in this city and community where he is well remembered. After gaining a considerable amount of practical knowledge of newspaper work from experience in the local print shops. Tom went west and engaged in the prin ting business. He has made good in his chosen field and now is editor and publisher of the Dufur (Oregon) Dispatch, a wall editedand neatly printed newspaper, and which is a regular and welcome visitor to The Sentinel’s exchange table. Mr. and Mrs. Queen now are enjoying a honeymoon trip to Portland other Pacific coast cities.
