Alias Summons.In the District Court of the Tenthludicial Distriot of the State ofMontana, in and for the County ofFergus.George W. Clibon. plaintiff, versus Nellie Clibon, defendant.—Alias Summons.The State of Montana sends greeting to the above named defendant.You are hereby summoned to answer the complaint in this action, which is filed in the office of the clerk of this Court, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to file your answer and serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney within twenty days after the service of this summons, exclusive of the day of service; and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment will be taken against you by default, for the relief demanded in the complaint.The said action is brought to obtain a decree of this court dissolving the bonds of matrimony heretofore and now existing between the plaintiff and the defendant, on the grounds of desertion.Plaintiff alleges that defendant abandoned plaintiff on or about September 14th, 1893, and has ever since continued to abandon plaintiff and to live separate and apart from him without any sufficient cause and against his will and without his consent, all of which will more fully appear by olaintiff’s complaint on file herein. which reference is hereby made for a more complete statement of the nature and cause of this action.Witness my hand and the seal of said court, this 28th day of September, 1908.Ayers Marshall, attorneys for plaintiff.(Seal) JOHN B.
