Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church was the scene ofa beautiful wedding, Monday morning, October 1, at 8:00 o’clock for the marriage of ' Miss Eunice Stary, daughter of , Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stary, of I Shiner, and Lawrence* Christ, I son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry I Christ Jr., of Hallettsville, at 11 Nuptial Mass, conducted by the IRev. J. J. Hanacek. IWitnesses were Joe Knesek of I Taft, uncle of the bride, and I Bennie Christ of Houston, bro- II ther of the groom. IThe bride wore a heavy white I satin gown with basque and I offshoulder yoke effect, edged I with lace. A lace edged pep- I lum and trim of rhinestone I buttons with petal pointed I sleeves. The skirt fell into a I long train. Her wedding veil I of finger tip length fell from a I coronet of blossoms.. Her brid- I al bouquet was a sheaf of white I carnations and rose buds.
