Announcement Is Made of Wedding Last NovemberMrs. Fred Crunkelion, 161 Bartley avenue, has announced the marriage of her daughter, Violet Mae Calhoun, to Merritt L. Foutty, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Foutty of 555 Wayne street. The wedding took place on Nov. 22, 1941, m Napoleon, with Justice of the Peace Dallas Young officiating.Sirs. Foutty chose a black crepe dress with a design carried out in red on the pockets, and her accessories were black. She wore a corsage of gardenias. The bride is a graduate of Mansfield Senior high school and is employed at the Humphryes Manufacturing company.For a time Mr. Foutty was an employe of the Art Rattan Works before taking a defense job at Wmgfoot Lake, Akron. He recently enlisted in the Naval Reserves and left early Thursday morning for Lakehurst, N. J„ as a first class seaman. Mrs. Foutty will make her home with her mother for the present.
