Quietly, Happily Weclded.The hooding eon Inin# in compact form nearly the whole of the characteristics of the nuptial ceremonies which made Miss Milla Palmer and Mr. Samuel F. Cole man and wife. The marriage occurred Wednesday. morning, at i) o’clock, at the home ^ of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs.1 .Jerome Palmer, conducted by ltev. E. B. Osborn, of the Baptist church. The affair was of the most unostentatious kind and was witnessed by but one or two aside from the near relatives. The happy couple went direct to their home in Pella, where they enter at once upon the duties of housekeeping. The bride has been one of Keota’s best-liked of the younger circles from her earliest days. To the credits of a spotless reputation and one of the most estimable characters she adds the graces of numerous accomplishments, chief of which is music. Mr. Cole is a stranger to these parts, but may well bo rated as worthy of his bride, lie occupies the position of postmaster in the town of Pella, which fact alone would speak for his worth ofcharacter and abilities as a businessman.
