MatrimonialA pretty double wedding was solenini/ed on Wednesday, October Md, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Campbell, of Harding, Man., when their two elder daughters. Lily Edna and Lavina May became the brides of Joseph George Airey, of Rivers, and Samuel Birch, of Carberry. Streamers and wedding hells made an effective setting for the ceremony, which was conducted by Rev. Percy Jones.At the appointed hotlr the brides entered the patlor, accompanied by tbelr father, to strains of the Bridal Chorus, played by Miss Carrie Campbell, cousin of tire brides. The brides chose for the occasion floor length gowns of white satin.During the signing of the register Mrs. B. McKenzie sang “I Love You Truly.”Following the ceremony a dainty buffet luncheon was served. The brides' table was centred with flowers and a three-tiered wedding cake at either end. The two happy couples left for points west. Ou their return Mr. and Mrs. George Airey will reside in the Lothair district, and Mr. and Mrs. Birch at Carberry.
