MatrimonialA pieity double wedding was solemnized on Wednesday, October Aid. at the home of Mr. and Mrs. iobu Campbell, of Harding, Man.,when their two elder daughters, Lily Edna and Lavina May became the brides of Joseph George Airey, of Rivers, and Samuel Birch, of Carberry. Streamers and wedding bells made an effective setting for theceremoDy, which was conducted by Rev. Percy Jones.At the appointed hotlr the brides entered the patlor. accompanied by their father, to strains of the Bridal Chorus, played by Miss Cairfe Campbell, cousin of the brides. The brides chose for the occasion floor length gowns of white satin.During the signing of the register Mrs. B. McKenzie sang “I Love You Truly.”Followiug the ceremony a dainty buffet luncheon was served. The brides' table was centred with flowers and a three'tiered wedding calke at either end. The two happy couples left for points west. Ou their return Mr. and Mrs. George Airey will reside in the Lothair district, and Mr. and Mrs. Birch at Carberry.
