WEBB WATTS.Tho wedding of Mr. Ernest Charles Ellis, third son of Captain Ellis, of Sydney, and Miss Agnes Nellie Webb Watts, second daughter of Mr. Thomas Webb Watts, of Camberwell, was celebrated 24th August at the Cj*mbcrwcll Presbyterian Church, by the Rev. P. .T. Murdoch. A choral service was rendered, and tnc church had been artistically decorated with lilltcs. and palms, and a wedding bell. Mr. Rennie, the organist, rendered suitable selections. The bride, who was given a way by ner father, wore a tnlTeW silk and lace froak. softly veiled with georgette. The Bril awls net 'cii was caught into a dainty cup with a wreath of orange blossom, and o shower bouquet oi choice blooms was carried. The bridesmaids were the Misses May and Doris Ratdiff, who woce prettily frorked In wbito organdy muslin over white satin inlet with lace. They carried horseshoes ol flowers and ribbons. Mr.' Bert Bills was the best man.The bridegroom's gift to the bride was a travelling case and tea and coffee service, and to the bridesmaids gold bangles. After tin .cermony tho guests were entertained at the residence of tho bride’s parents. Mrs. Webb Watts received in a navy blue crcpo do chine coat and skirt, and her smart hat in the same shade. A posy of pink roses was carried. After the reception the guests Passed Into the supper room, which was decorated in red and white, the regimental colours of tho bride’s brother. Signaller Maurice T. Webb Watts is on active service with tho 8th Battalion. The catering was daintily done by tbe Mia Mia. and the flowers carried by the bridnl party wore from Miss Dodd's. The travelling dress was a well cut coat und 6kirt of navy blue flncly corded. Tho collar was of georgette run with gold, and the hat was in the same colouring. The bride will reside in Melbourne, as her husband will be away at sen. Tho presents were handsome and costly.
