Otis Foy, and Robert Rome, the latter the brother of the bride.The encasement and approaching marriage of the couple was announced several weeks ago by the bride-elect s mother. Mrs. Maurice Rome, and was followed by an interesting series of prenuptial courtesies honoring the bride-to-be.
