j Razy - Crans I seutt - CransThe home of Mr. and Mrs. Leo j £, Crans of Dundee was the scene of a pretty autumn double wedding: Friday, October 10, 1941, when their daughters, Virginia E., became the bride of John R. Razy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Razy | of Penn Yan, and Anna Marie be-fcame the bride of Kenneth Scutt,' son of Howard Scutt of Penn Yan. The latter were attened by Ar-! lene Crans, sister of the bride,. and Robert Thomas, uncle of the groom, and Mr, and Mrs. John Razy were attended by Janet Razy, sister of the groom, and Chester Crans, brother of the bride.The ring ceremony was performed at 8 o’clock by the Rev. T. W. Carter, beneath an arch decorated with autumn leaves and i bouquets of fall flowers. Wagner’s wedding march from “Lohengrin” and Schubert’s 1 “Serenade” were played by Mrs. Edgar Johnson of Brown street, Penn Yan, a cousin of the brides. Nelda Miller and Virginia Thomas were flower girls.The brides’ dresses were of white taffeta and each carried a bouquet of pink and white fall flowers. The bridesmaids wore powder blue taffeta and carried bouquets of yellow fall flowers.Following the ceremony a wed-diflg luncheon was served to 35 guests at the brides’ home, which was prettily decorated in autumn leaves and flowers.After a trip through Pennsylvania, Mr. and Mrs. Razy will be at home at 141 Bums terrace, Penn Yan, after October 12/ Mr. Razy is employed by Fred Roese as watch repairer and Mrs. Razy is a waitress at the Keuka restaurant. She is a graduate of Dundee High school, class of ’40, and Mr. Razy attended Penn Yan Academy. Mrs. Kenneth Scutt also attended Dundee High school. Mr. Scutt is employed at Mac-Dougall’s store, Elm street, Penn Yan. Mr. and Mrs. Scutt will re-, side on Main street.Janet Razy gave a shower for Virginia Crans, and Anna Marie Crans was given a shower by Mrs. Ernest Thomas, aunt of the bridegroom.
