I FIFTY YEAR ' COUPLES TO MEET OCT. nC. S. Walkers inviting all Jefferson county Golden Wedding couplesGolden Wedding couples residing in Jefferson county are all invited to the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. S. Wallcer, 403 West Washington, Fairfield on Tuesday afternoon October 22 at 2 p.m. It will be an informal afternoon and is planned as an organization meeting to establish a Jefferson County Golden Wedding Club.Many counties over the country have such clubs especially in the western states and it Is hoped that Jefferson county may also establish an organization.All couples now residing in Jefferson county who have been married fifty years or who will soon have that honor are invited Tuesday afternoon If it is the wish of those present an organization for social benefit may be perfected at that time.Mr. Walker states that he would appreciate hearing from anyone who knows of fifty year couples in i the county, (phone 749R).
