Clinton Hughes, Jr., Lancaster, became the bride of Samuel James Seaber, Jr., Lancaster, on Saturday, Oct. 9, at the First United Methodist Church, Lancaster.The ceremony was officiated by Rev. Charles S. Kerr and William Thompson, and the bride was given in marriage by her parents. The organist was Linda Ntonadas and the soloist was William Burnaford.The wedding reception was held at the Landis Valley Inn, and the couple departed for a wedding trip to Williamsburg, Va. They will reside at 1905 Oregon Pike, Apt. F-5, Lancaster.The matron of honor was Mrs. Lynn Mease, Baltimore, Md. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Judith Fontanella, Quarryville; Mrs. Joyce Beam, Maryland; mrs. Karen Tompos, Lancaster, and Mrs. Barbara McDowell, Lititz.Barry Miller, Lancaster, served as best man, and ushers included Bryan Hughes, Russell Hughes, brothers of the bride, John Seaber, brother of the groom, all of Lancaster, and Douglas McDowell, Lititz.The bride graduated from Manheim Township High School and Shippensburg State College.
